We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Windows Server Technologies to lead our server management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure, a strong background in systems administration, and a proven track record in leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Windows server technologies that align with the company's overall IT strategy.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• System Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of all Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Security Compliance: Ensure all server environments adhere to security policies and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and safeguarding data.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets related to Windows server technologies, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts to obtain the best Services and products at competitive prices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying best practices to enhance system efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 or more years of infrastructure experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies
• Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership
• Windows Management at a large scale
• Active Directory architecture and support knowledge
• VMware architecture and support knowledge
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Strategic thinker with holistic views and able to create 5-year roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI certification
• Microsoft Certifications

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$139,500 - $192,000 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
