What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and a smile—whether on the phone or in person.
• Handle calls, schedule test drives, and assist customers with setting appointments.
• Follow up with customers to make sure they feel valued and informed.
• Keep communication clear, friendly, and helpful.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks to keep the day running smoothly.
