The Opportunity

Our client, a growing player in the healthcare technology space, is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to take ownership of web automation projects. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous problem-solver, capable of developing scalable automation frameworks and working independently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build scalable automation to scrape doctor data from websites and generate documents

• Lead the automation efforts for processing 600+ medical applications.

• Develop and deploy scalable automation frameworks that run in parallel.

• Build web scraping and data extraction solutions to automate business workflows.

• Deploy and maintain automation tools on Azure.

• Work directly with the Fractional CTO, with minimal supervision

Must-Haves

• Full-stack development capabilities

• Extensive experience with Selenium for business automation (not test automation)

• Experience deploying scalable automation frameworks that can run parallel jobs

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Experience creating business automation tools to scrape data and generate documents

• Strong understanding of web technologies and DOM manipulation

• Azure experience (preferred over AWS).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare industry and HIPAA/HiTrust requirements

• Experience with one or more of the following: Capybara, Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrappy, or Beautiful Soup

• Experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js for automation tasks

• Previous work in healthcare or insurance industries

• Experience automating data extraction from websites and forms
