About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Next.js Developer to join our team at Win Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comparison and reviews websites in collaboration with our SEO Manager. You will work on creating engaging and high-performing web applications using Next.js and other related technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about web development, eager to learn, and keen to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about coding, have a good understanding of web development principles, and be excited to contribute to our innovative projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comparison and reviews websites using Next.js.

• Collaborate with the SEO Manager to implement SEO best practices.

• Assist in the design and development of user-friendly interfaces.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Participate in daily stand-ups and other team meetings.

   

About You

• Up to 2 years of experience in web development.

• Basic understanding of JavaScript and proficiency with Next.js.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of SEO principles.

• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.

• Passion for web development and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. (would be an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

• Experience with responsive web design and development.

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
