Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants hired into this position can work from either Wisconsin or Illinois. Details will be discussed during the interview process. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Manager – Change Management to:
- Develops communication and change management plans adapted to specific need, including plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, organizational transformation, and culture change
- Completes change management assessments and change management strategies
- Collaborate with teams to determine people impacts and support these teams to manage resistance and ensure readiness of resources
- Supports the execution and achievement of sustainable performance of the change by champions, executives, leaders and other key stakeholders through post implementation
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Project Management, Business Management, or related field.
Preferred – Master’s Degree in Communication, Project Management, or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum –
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects and project teams spanning a large and complex enterprise, with a focus on technical/workflow communications and change.
- Demonstrated success implementing organizational change adoption and sustainment.
- Demonstrated success leading and influencing with indirect authority.
- Demonstrated success connecting strategic enterprise priorities to outcomes, value, and completion of major initiatives.
- Demonstrated success forming and sustaining collaborative, trusted-advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Preferred –
- Five (5) years of progressive HR and/or project and management leadership experience.
- Five (5) years progressive experience leading change and communications within the adoption of project management standards across a broad community of leaders and staff.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred – Membership in and certification from professional associations such as PMP, SHRM, PMI, CCMP, ACMP
