Description
The Wealth Partner Team Leader provides outstanding personalized service to their clients through the bank’s premiere financial services. They are responsible for leading their team to achieve long term growth, provide clients a great experience, and contribute to corporate level initiatives such as training, marketing and business program development. They cater to the customer with a focus on growing and protecting the client’s assets and seek to make a positive impact on the communities in which they live and work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Retail Management to ensure that branch customers with investment needs are being introduced properly to Wealth Partners
- Collaborate with Commercial Lending & Treasury Management on identifying prospects.
- Generate new recurring fee and commission relationships to lead divisional team to achieve its revenue targets
- Manage multiple Wealth Partners in a bank division. This includes monitoring pipeline activities, overseeing annual and semi-annual performance reviews, regular one-on-one conversations and keeping the Director of Business Development apprised of any business issues.
- Adhere to the complexity of FINRA guidelines and bank compliance.
- Establish additional processes and procedures that align with corporate goals and initiatives

- Oversees Wealth Partners and their overall business activity

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Wealth Management or a related field required. 10+ years’ worth of wisdom in banking, financial services preferred.
