Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
• Focus on high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
• Manage crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Develop an engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
• Ensure alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
• Leading the groups of manufacturing planning, process engineering and Schaeffler Production System/Continuous Improvement

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have previous experience leading an Industrial Engineering team
