Senior Solution Architect (Microsoft Azure)

Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organizations, and beyond.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for passionate Senior Solution Architect to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects. </p><p>A Day in the Life of a <strong>Senior Solution Architect </strong>will include</p><ul> <li>Design and architect end-to-end AI-driven solutions on Azure, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements</li> <li>Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, and others</li> <li>Lead the technical design and integration of data platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security</li> <li>Collaborate with business, development and data teams to define the cloud architecture of AI algorithms and machine learning models  (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision)</li> <li>Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and met</li> <li>Oversee the integration of various Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Event Grid, and Azure Functions</li> <li>Provide guidance on best practices for deploying AI and data pipelines within the Azure ecosystem</li> <li>Ensure compliance with data governance policies and the integration of security measures across the architecture</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior members of the team</li> <li>Create and maintain technical documents describing the system architecture and its infrastructure</li> <li>Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline</li> <li>8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with strong expertise in AI and cloud technologies. </li> <li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure solutions. This includes experience with Azure infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security, as well as experience with Azure services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services</li> <li>Previous experience with AI project implementation within the Azure ecosystem, including data modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms</li> <li>Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure, Azure Well-Architected Framework </li> <li>Proven experience with Azure services including Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Event Hubs</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and integration points using Logic Apps</li> <li>Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements, including experience with Azure security services such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Key Vault</li> <li>Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance in cloud environments</li> <li>Knowledge and experience in architecture design tools (e.g Visio, Sparx EA) and modeling notation (e.g Azure architecture icon library, ArchiMate, UML, C4 model)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Iac) and relevant tool (e.g  Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, Ansible)</li> <li>Knowledge of GitOps principles.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of OWASP guidelines for secure application design</li> <li>Experience in the full development lifecycle of complex large-scale and multi-user applications</li> <li>Experience using Agile software development methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Scrum, and other lean techniques)</li> <li>Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, capable to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)</li> </ul><p></p><p>Additional qualification, knowledge, and skills: </p><p>Must have one of the below certifications:</p><ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)</li> <li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional</li> <li>Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect</li> </ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul> <li>Microsoft cybersecurity architect
