<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>ABOUT THIS JOB</strong></p><p>NielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights, thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps our clients set growth strategies and determines what products you ultimately see on the shelf. Our team members are experts across various categories and are viewed as trusted partners by our clients. Analytic Consultants within the Customer Success Team are responsible for the execution of projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations, and are expected to manage client relationships independently.</p><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>● Summarizes data in tables, charts, and graphs; analyzes and interprets sales data and consumer data + basic portfolio knowledge. Occasionally sets-up and refreshes cyclical reports.</p><p>● Prepares and delivers analysis and presentations (category overview as well as issue based) building a story and finalizing conclusions and proposes recommendations. Proposes calculation of Quantified Business Opportunity.</p><p>● Uses internal tools and data sources, coaching Interns and Juniors.</p><p>● Discusses advanced analysis design to best answer client questions with Client Business Partner/client with the support of senior team members, following and fully owning ways of working process.</p><p>● Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic client needs; leads client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person.</p><p>● Acts in line with the Service level of the client assigned.</p><p>● Catches sales opportunities at client meetings/during analysis.</p><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>● Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills – deliver research results to stakeholders on the client’s side in a clear, consistent manner</p><p>● Good analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data</p><p>● Ability to work independently within a virtual environment</p><p>● Good interpersonal skills</p><p>● Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules</p><p>● Passionate in FMCG and client dynamics</p><p>● Good project management skills, specifically for SPOC or Champion roles</p><p>● Interested in financial and business environment of the clients and the industry</p><p>● Full proficiency in PowerPoint &amp; Excel</p><p>● Portuguese and English: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoke</p><p> </p><p><strong>What we can offer: </strong></p><ul><li>Work in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies. </li><li>Benefits &amp; flexible working hours, hybrid work options. </li><li>Internal trainings will be provided together with detailed onboarding agenda.  </li><li>Access to learning platforms</li><li>Staff and team events </li></ul><p>#LI-FC</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About NIQ</strong></p><p>NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, reveals new pathways to growth for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers.
