Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Flightline Stall Production/Inventory Coordinator (Level C) to join our Flightline Fulfillment Team supporting the 787 program in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing shortage reports and working cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of airplane parts

• Understands stall leadership priorities and adjusts to critical production needs

• Processes and moves production parts into and out of storage, production, and other locations, supporting flow of production following standard work instructions

• Monitors and analyzes work in process

• Possesses and encourages others to have a mindset of safety and First Pass Quality; adheres to compliance requirements

• Communicates status of parts using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability

• Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts using established procedures & processes

• Collaborates & coordinates with various functions & teams to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays

• Proactively escalates potential issues

• Works under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Forklift license or ability to obtain

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis

• Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs; bend and lift items; package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift

• Willingness to work any shift based on business needs & overtime as needed (including weekends)

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and inventory management

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Experience working with MPR (signal for 2nd issue requests)

• Experience working with ETRAC system

• Experience working with KITS

• Experience working with the ERPLN application (or similar ERP/Inventory Management systems)

• Experience working with the Enablon application (or similar safety data/reporting tool)

• Experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker (or similar communication system/tool)

• Experience working with Order Manager (or similar 3PL warehousing platform)

• Experience collaborating with various cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize work

Shift:

This position is expected to be 1st shift; however, you must be willing to work a variable shift based on business needs.

Summary pay range: $49,500 - $60,500
