Purpose of the Position:

Perform research, design and develop analog and digital circuitry supporting high
frequency, real time optics control and alignment.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform research, design and develop analog and digital circuitry supporting high frequency, real time optics control and alignment
• Assist in the development and realization of electronics integration and
data acquisition systems for optical component characterization
• Create unified software solution for live data acquisition,
visualization, and processing for system performance quantification

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 21 + months (1.75 years) of full-time work experience.
• 1+ months supporting the Atmospheric Propagation Lab.
• Design and development of analog and digital circuitry to support real time optics control.
• US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Physics with 21 + months (1.75 years) of full-time work experience.
• 1+ months supporting SMDC projects.
• Implementation of optics simulation.
