In this role, you will help maintain a sanitary environment that meets all federal, state, and local health codes—ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and staff. This position is essential to keeping our facilities running smoothly and upholding our commitment to excellence in patient care.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Clean and service patient units, rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas throughout Vail Health facilities.</li> <li>Perform housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting furniture and equipment, and polishing/cleaning doors, windows, vents, lights, and other surfaces.</li> <li>Replenish supplies such as soap and paper products as needed.</li> <li>Identify and report needed repairs to the Lead Housekeeper to ensure facility safety and readiness.</li> <li>Properly use, care for, organize, and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.</li> <li>Assist with linen deliveries to assigned areas and support laundry operations when needed.</li> <li>Complete daily checklists and submit them to the Housekeeping office.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with department team members and other hospital staff to support a clean, efficient, and patient‑focused environment.</li> <li>Role model the principles of a <strong>Just Culture</strong> and uphold all <strong>organizational values</strong>.</li> <li>Maintain strict <strong>HIPAA compliance</strong> at all times.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><em>This job description reflects the general nature and level of responsibilities and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties or working conditions.</em></p> <h2><strong>What You Will Need</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>One year of hous
