What you will do
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Field Marketing, to lead our marketing initiatives in the European region. Partnering closely with Sales and Global Marketing teams, you will design marketing plans that drive demand and deepen engagement with key enterprise accounts. This role will primarily focus on planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns, including events, email marketing, lead generation campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns in the B2B space. This role reports to the Marketing Director for Europe.
Location – Europe (Preferred: UK, Netherlands, Germany)
Responsibilities:
- Creating marketing plans for core markets within the region aligned to sales targets in close collaboration with territory sales teams and business stakeholders.
- Leading and managing go-to-market marketing strategies and activities across Europe.
- Execute full-funnel programs to drive net-new and expansion pipeline.
- Working closely with territory sales reps from agreed plans to activate localized campaigns that support business objectives, using an ABM approach that drives engagement and pipeline.
- Utilize campaigns and programs from the Demand Generation team that you will execute to meet regional needs.
- Collaborate with a team of marketing specialists to help execute your campaigns and activities, including event management, webinars, email, ABM, and digital.
- Ensure global narratives, proof points, and content are available for European audiences and segments, working closely with content and digital marketing.
- Executing on time and within budget, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities to track pipeline, influence, velocity, and ROI; optimizing continuously.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, analysts, and communities in-region.
- Continuously monitor the performance of marketing activities, understand funnel conversion, and implement optimization strategy.
- Reporting to sales leaders monthly and to the wider team every quarter.
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing (10+ years’ experience) in the European region.
- Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
- Data-driven marketer with a creative mindset.
- A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive.
- Strong expertise in regional campaign management, lead generation tactics, email marketing, digital marketing, ABM, and event management.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company (e.g., vendor and agency negotiations & management).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
