Job Description: 

Join Accenture Federal Services, the leading integrator of Salesforce, delivering innovative solutions to the federal government. As a solutions architect, you will be collaborating with customers to review systems and develop the best solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering consultation services for customer teams to ease transition into the platform
• Support data modeling efforts to ensure wide customer adoption and application as well as the health and longevity of the system
• Complete rapid application prototyping to enable customer teams to build-on and configure tools vice having to create from scratch
• Develop reusable applications/workflows that may be hosted in the App Exchange accelerating work done by customer teams
• Collaborate on functional requirement conversations both for new customer application needs and to ensure capabilities are captured and transitioned from legacy applications

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience in solutions architecture
• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience with requirements gathering and application prototyping
• Bachelor’s degree

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience establishing functional requirements
• Ability to effectively interface at executive levels
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Security Clearance:

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $90,700 - $198,800 

Colorado: $90,700 - $171,700 

New York City: $105,00 - $198,800

Washington: $96,600 - $182,800
