HR Shared Services Teamlead, DACH & EAST

About the role

Bring your leadership skills and HR expertise to a dynamic and international environment. As HR Shared Services Manager DACH & Eastern Europe you will be responsible for the optimal management of HR administration, payroll and system services for DACH & East countries (core countries: Germany & Poland). You will ensure smooth service delivery within the agreed standards and prioritise quality and compliance. 

  • You will shape the implementation of the HR Shared Services strategy in the DACH countries. You will work closely with the various HR business partners to improve the quality and speed of services.
  • You will lead the DACH & Easter European HR Shared Services team (3 employees) through continuous feedback, setting business objectives and performance targets and monitoring through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • You ensure timely & accurate delivery of all HR & benefit scheme administrative processes, HR system updates/corrections and payroll activities 
  • By utilizing LEAN methodology you will lead the review and re-design of HRSS processes to achieve auditable efficiency gains in HR processes and service delivery
  • Develop and conduct training for HR Shared Services customers.
  • Ensuring high data quality in our HR IT systems.
  • Building a strong network with HR Business Partners and HRSS customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Academic Degree or work experience
  • General understanding of Human Resource concepts, practices and procedures
  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Services environment
  • Experience in people management and developing a high performing team
  • Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of all tactical decision-making to the entire employee life cycle
  • Comprehension of Poland & German employment legislation that impacts HR administration processes
  • Full Polish & German language proficiency – additional languages desired (proficiency in English is mandatory)
