Areas included in the scope are <em>Operational Services</em> covering areas like IT, Logistics, Academy and Purchasing, <em>Quality compliance, Regulatory &amp; Medical</em>, <em>Human Resources</em>, and <em>Sustainability, Legal &amp; Compliance</em>.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Position<br/> <br/> We are looking for our next Senior Business Controller Quality &amp; Group Functions to join the Group functions controlling team. Your main focus will be to support the senior QRC leaders and the CFO Group Functions as a finance business partner to ensure successful implementation of the strategy and to ensure that both strategic and operational activities are implemented and tracked with a focus on performance. In the role you will also be involved in the business controlling activities for the other Group Functions: <em>Operational Services</em>, <em>Sustainability, Legal &amp; Compliance</em>, and <em>Human Resources</em>.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Senior Business Controller Quality &amp; Group Functions works closely with the senior leadership in Quality compliance, Regulatory &amp; Medical Affairs and the position is reporting to the CFO Group Functions. </p> <p> </p> <p>The position can be based in any of our major locations in EMEA or US. Remote/hybrid working is possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>About You<br/> <br/> We are looking for a motivated, positive and results orientated Senior Business Controller. You are a strong collaborator, who is business minded and can partner well with a diverse group of stakeholders. You have strong communication skills, proactive, analytical, and structured in your approach and can clearly articulate the problem and proposed solutions you have in mind. You are passionate about your field and able to instill a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.<br/> <br/> Key Responsibilities<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Act as a finance business partner and be responsible for all business controlling activities within the area of Quality with a focus on performance</li> <li>Create value by providing insights for the senior quality leadership, thus influencing your business counterparts to contribute to decision making and supporting stakeholders in owning and driving financial performance</li> <li>Responsible for analyzing the performance and consolidation of Global Quality as part of the monthly financial review process</li> <li>Own the rolling forecasting and financial planning processes within Quality and to actively work with stakeholders to ensure reliable forecasts</li> <li>Driving and securing that strategic and operational activities are implemented and tracked with a key focus on productivity and resource efficiency</li> <li>Lead, coordinate and manage Quality controlling &amp; financial activities at multi-site level including coordination of the controlling team in SSC</li> <li>Take an active role in the management teams to foster a culture of financial business acumen</li> <li>Ensure an efficient monthly financial review and forecasting process for Group Functions with support from the controlling community in Operational Services and SSC.</li> <li>Financial plan process and strategic initiatives for Group Functions </li> <li>Work actively with the shared service center to improve the business controlling processes for Group Functions</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the future finance operating model in cooperation with the finance community in Corporate Control, Business Areas and Global Sales</li> <li>Participation in and leadership of various finance projects</li> </ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years working experience within business controlling/finance</li> <li>Relevant degree in engineering or business/finance (minimum B.Sc.)</li> <li>Experience from a global international environment and to work in a matrix organization</li> <li>Good business understanding, a business partner</li> <li>System knowledge (Cognos, PowerBI, Microsoft Office)</li> <li>You are driven by understanding the drivers behind the figures </li> <li>Good collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different departments to accomplish shared goals. </li> <li>Strong
