About the Role:
The Service Delivery Manager has considerable expertise in managing the delivery of cloud-based Oracle Financials applications. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery with a focus on availability and speed. This role is an important part of our team and will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our Finance organization.
Day to Day:

Oversee service delivery and integration projects for Oracle Financials applications in a cloud environment.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their service needs and ensure that the delivered services meet their requirements.

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery of financial system integration projects.

In-depth knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a strong proficiency in Boomi and Oracle Fusion technologies.

Lead and drive the performance of a team of contractors, ensuring they meet key service delivery KPIs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including finance teams, IT department, vendors/participants involved in the implementation process.

Act as the main point of contact for all service-related issues, escalations, and queries.

Monitor service performance through metrics and KPIs, initiating improvements where necessary.

Ensure service compliance with SLAs and other contract terms and conditions.

Continually identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Proactively provide recommendations for process improvements, tools, or technologies to enhance service delivery efficiency.

Partner with contractor management team to ensure healthy relationship and joint ownership of deliverables. Including, but not limited to, comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, change management logs.
What you bring to the table:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, with a focus on Oracle Financials applications.

Ability to develop and implement service excellence concepts

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Experience managing contractors and external resources.

Proven track record in an Oracle cloud environment, with strong understanding of best practices.
It would be great if you also had:

Experience with the Atlassian platform

Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management
