This role ensures the successful achievement of Authorization to Operate (ATO) for government client systems, focusing on IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, while implementing ITIL/ITSM frameworks.</p> <p><strong>What you do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead RMF efforts and achieve ATO for government client systems.</li> <li>Oversee IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, managing risk across multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Implement and manage ITIL/ITSM frameworks with a focus on risk and security management.</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end RMF process from system categorization to continuous monitoring.</li> <li>Utilize Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to document the RMF process.</li> <li>Create and enforce compliance with ITIL 4 frameworks, aligning with ISO 20000-1:2018.</li> <li>Apply expert knowledge in NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and DoDI 8510.01.</li> <li>Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and use SCAP tools.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive RMF packages, including SSP, SAR, and POA&amp;M.</li> <li>Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle using tools like ACAS/Nessus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in a government environment.</li> <li>Minimum of seven (7) years of direct, hands-on experience leading RMF efforts.</li> <li>Experience in IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, inclu
