Purpose

  • The Manager, Employee Engagement, DEI innovates, delivers, and collaborates in advancing Hyundai’s commitment to strengthening employee engagement and fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.

Major Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Senior Group Manager, Talent Management, we have the opportunity to lead and ensure the development and delivery of innovative and modernized strategies that engage, align, and inspire employees with Hyundai and Genesis brands.

We are responsible for leading employee engagement surveys, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building collaborative relationships that support Hyundai's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Education

~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

  • Six or more years of experience in human resources, with emphasis on employee engagement and diversity & inclusion (or related field).
  • Prior diversity and inclusion experience is required.
  • Automotive experience a plus. 

Skills/Knowledge

  • Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budgetary guidelines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced skill level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Certification

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCS preferred.

$86,800.00 - $124,000.00 Annual
