About the role

This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with high-value guests on the gaming floor. The specialist serves as a key point of contact, evaluating guest activity to determine appropriate complimentary offers and maintaining regular communication through outbound calls and follow-ups. The role also supports marketing initiatives by assisting with promotions, events, and shows, while ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience, including accurate hotel reservations. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and targeted guests, providing regular follow-up.
  • Evaluate guest play to determine and provide appropriate complimentary offers.
  • Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, special events, and shows.
  • Assist in the execution of promotions, events, and shows.
  • Make outbound calls to preferred guests regarding promotions and events.
  • Ensure hotel reservations are made accurately and efficiently for guests.
  • Support the property host as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming policies and procedures. 
  • High School Diploma and 0-2 years of player development and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An Associate’s degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessments and satisfaction evaluation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
