Production Associate

Role Summary: As a Production Associate (1st & 3rd shift), you'll operate machines and equipment to complete work orders. You'll work with your Manager and team in a safe and dynamic environment.

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 7 am - 5:30 pm (1st shift) OR 8:30 pm - 7 am (3rd shift)
• Friday overtime required

Responsibilities:

1. Teamwork:

   • Work with others to complete work orders on time and with high quality.
   • Avoid customer back orders and ensure products are right the first time.

2. Inventory:

   • Keep inventory accurate above 98.5%.
   • Coordinate with team members for work order sign-offs and material counts.

3. Cleanliness:

   • Keep your work area clean and organized.
   • Complete extra cleaning tasks as assigned.

4. Efficiency:

   • Follow schedules to complete work orders on time.
   • Use quality control to avoid rework.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills; JD Edwards / PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
