IT Analyst Service & Support - Plant

The Onsite IT Technician will work in a warehouse environment and will provide Tier 1 support. This includes installing and troubleshooting PCs, printers, mobile phones, tablets, scan guns, label printers and software applications.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

• Tier 1 Support of Windows computer
• Break/fix Hardware and Software and other IT related systems
• Troubleshooting applications for Windows computer, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• System imaging and deployment using SCCM
• Identify network (Wireless and Wired) issues and troubleshoot
• Will work with the manufacturing team to ensure that all IT related systems are running effectively
• Ensure that all conference room equipment is working properly (projectors, video conference, conference phones, smart TVs, and other equipment)
• Voice over IP telephony installation and troubleshooting
• Spare inventory management
• Packing and shipping equipment to other locations
• Maintain a log of documents and record keeping
• On site backup and storage from application servers

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Self-directed and set/adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• A+ Certification a plus
• 2-3+ years providing Tier 1 Hardware/Software support
• Advanced familiarity with TCP/IP fundamentals

Required Education and Experience

• Associate degree on Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
• Computer Imaging, IT Service Portal Tools, AS/400, ITIL v3, Networking, other IT certifications preferred
