Fast Casual Family Owned Deli serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Shift Description 

• Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift. 18+ Requires working with age restricted equipment. 
• $20-$25 p/hr
• Tipped position (Hourly range includes tip average).

Job Description 

• Slice and portion meats in accordance with portion control.
• Wash, slice and portion produce. 
• Properly rotates food inventory and keeps food waste at a minimum.
• Keeps the kitchen stocked to par at all times.
• Wash, slice and portion produce. 
• Cut and portion cheeses. 
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
• Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Receive and check-in truck orders.
• Cross-trained as sandwich maker and cashier. 
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
