In Sweden, PDS so far has had its major focus on managing fit-out and relocation projects on behalf of office occupiers (tenants). Located in Stockholm, we have a large and very experienced team that delivers approx. 30-40 office relocation projects per year with the aim to always realize the best possible office solutions tailored to our clients needs.

They are looking for more flexibility in the fit-out process and also during lease period. With this in mind, there is an increased demand for tenants to manage larger parts of their fit-out themselves. Going forward, PDS Sweden wants to deepen its service offer in construction project management with a focus on fit out, refurbishments and asset repositioning.
