Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial models and tools to analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide financial insights, budgeting support, and cost analysis for various sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to optimize profitability while considering market competition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial support to the sales organization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track sales performance against targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide financial guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales finance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a sales finance or financial analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in other Office applications (Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial planning software and BI tools is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
