Job Description

As a Security Professional - Healthcare Unarmed Patrol in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for everyone onsite. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to staff, visitors, and patients. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site guidelines.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related needs and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
