About the role

What you will do:

  • Provide financial analysis to support management decisions related to separately managed accounts pricing, direct indexing, new product analysis, impact of intermediary payments, and analyzing business developments.
  • Drive growth and profitability through robust financial analysis and strategic business modeling.
  • Conduct pricing analysis on sales opportunities for direct indexing and retail separately managed accounts.
  • Track pricing requests and maintain database for pricing inquiries and analysis.
  • Prepare profitability analysis for new and existing products.
  • Prepare financial models and create multi-year pro forma P&Ls
  • Apply understanding of variable vs. fixed cost analysis and impact on contribution margin and operating margin. This also includes understanding direct vs. indirect costs.
  • Prepare complex adhoc analysis that assists the business in making decisions, effectively communicating results to manager and others
  • Key contributor to the team with a focus on results that are accurate and timely
 
What you will bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; required
  • Minimum 2+ years in financial services 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
  • Solid financial analysis/modeling skills coupled with the ability to present/communicate data findings and work independently to perform analyses
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity along with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with proven proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions to challenges
  • Flexible and adaptable teammate who functions well in a fast-paced environment
