Lead Porter for Luxury Residential Building

We are looking for an experienced Custodian/Porter to join our successful team in Long Branch, NJ.

Looking for a positive outgoing individual.

Pay: $18/hr

Open Shifts: Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-pm to 11pm Starting 10/1/23Total hours: 40 hrs

General duties include but not limited to:
• Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
• Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
• Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
• Restock restrooms and amenities.
• Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms

Lead Porter of a High rise. Will need to be able to complete tasks in timely matter of all day-to-day operations in the building. Must be able to move dumpsters unassisted and clean trash rooms—common area cleaning. Also, the schedule will change in-season that is 6-1-23- 9-31-23, and the schedule will be back to normal for the off-season 10-1-23- 5-31-24.

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Must be reliable and professional.
• 1-2 years custodial or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
