Summary

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time, benefited Staff, S24 level position. Starting wage range: $15.87 - $17.92/hourly, depending upon experience.

- Ensure the efficient administration of computer and paper-based exams by scheduling, preparing, and overseeing all testing sessions in the center, while maintaining the integrity of exam procedures.
- Facilitate seamless, secure, and accurate administration of computer- and paper-based exams, meeting the needs of accommodated, distance learning, national certification exams, and makeup testing for LCCC and other institutions maintaining compliance with vendor requirements and keeping certifications current.
- Prevent academic dishonesty by enforcing security and reporting protocols ensuring a fair testing process
- Foster a professional and supportive testing environment, by effectively resolving inquiries and concerns while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the Testing Center by maintaining organized scheduling, room setup, and seamless proctor transitions for uninterrupted testing services.
- Enhance student and visitor satisfaction through excellent customer service and consistent availability of testing supplies and functional equipment.
- Improve service quality by training proctors and participating in ongoing professional development to support best practices in testing and student support.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating testing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge
- Administrative – Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
