THE JOB:

As a Model & Cocktail Server, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.9343 Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station

• Perform in photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue

• Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience

• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list

• Maintain assigned wardrobe in accordance with established standard

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21+ years of age

• Must hold or be able to obtain Food Handlers card and Alcohol Awareness card

• Work varied shifts, to include nights, weekends and holidays

• 1+ years experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or night club
