Summary
Responsible to ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets Customer Experience (CX) specifications. Shapes and drives strategies to ensure CX standards and specifications are represented in proposals and project implementations. Drives the company's key CX standards with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to our clients and the CX organization.
Your role in our mission
- Understand CX standards thoroughly which includes but not limited to staffing, systems, and equipment/real estate
- Ensures proposal and/or implementation scope includes the appropriate CX standards, along with the appropriate budget.
- Provides the voice of CX on review of proposals, on-going projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency in the delivery.
Proposal Involvement
- Collaborate with Proposal Team to ensure appropriate CX standards are included in the overarching solution/bid
- Raises risks if what Gainwell is proposing does not meet the standards of CX
Implementation Involvement
- Partners with Operations & Implementation Teams to assess in-scope standards and best practices.
- Ensures CX standards are included in the implementation CX budget
- Works with executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology with company and customer needs.
- Organizes and directs resources with orientation towards requirements, company's go-to-market strategy, portfolio of client commitments and implementations.
What we're looking for
- 5 or more years of related experience in Solutioning
- 8 or more years working in a Project Management capacity
- Experience working with product, procurement, contracts, technology, and delivery teams in a global environment
- Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
- Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
What you should expect in this role
- This position is 100% remote with up to 10% travel annually.

The pay range for this position is $100,800.00 - $144,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
