If you have a passion for creating innovative user experiences and translating ideas into compelling data-driven visuals then we might be looking for you!</p><p><strong>We are looking for people who:</strong></p><ul><li>Have significant experience designing usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces</li><li>Can think outside the box and push the boundaries of design</li><li>Have creative minds with a knack for visual consistency</li><li>Are proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, Lottie) and have an eye for detail</li><li>Are curious about the user, problem or the solution they are looking for</li><li>Love experimenting and do not shy away from bold ideas, propose hypotheses and verify them</li><li>Have strong verbal and visual presentation skills that communicate the process, approach, and impact of the design (visual storytelling)</li><li>Clearly and persuasively communicate the rationale for design choices</li><li>Can create interesting and engaging mobile applications, but the needs of the Web are also not foreign to them.</li><li>Are communicative and focused on cooperation and problem-solving</li><li>Are open to discussing their topics in English (fluent English on C1 level)</li></ul><p><strong>The following are also a plus:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with creating animations and motion graphics (Adobe Ae, An, Lottie)</li><li>Ability to balance the need to create innovative designs with the requirement to maintain consistency with the brand and design system</li><li>Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while collaborating with various stakeholders, including PM, DEV, and Marketing</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A hybrid work model</strong> that you will agree on with your leader and the team.
