Requirements

Who we're looking for to be on our team:

• You are a person who loves to work as a team with others.
• You have a warm and welcoming personality that radiates hospitality.
• You are a person who can work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong organizational skills to manage the waitlist and seating rotation.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a host is a plus, but not required. 

*Pay based on availability and experience.

Requirements

• Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome as they arrive.
• Manage the waitlist and prioritize seating to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
• Escort guests to tables and provide them with menus. Answer any questions may have about our menu, specials, or restaurant layout.
• Collaborate with our servers to coordinate seating and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist in taking to-go orders and manage the pick-up process efficiently.
• Answer phones in a friendly yet professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Contribute to the positive energy and friendly atmosphere that defines Steel City Pizza by helping fellow teammates when needed.
