You will join the Corporate Finance
Ramboll is growing and is on a globalization journey - we currently have a revenue of approx. DKK 17 billion and 100 reporting companies. Today, Corporate Finance consist of Group Reporting, Group Treasury, Group Tax, Ramboll Support Center, Internal audit and several Finance & Accounting regions.
As our lead manager you will lead a very skilled, dedicated and ambitious team of 3 colleagues located in Denmark and India. You will work out of our Headquarter in Copenhagen, refer to Senior Director Corporate Finance and you will be an active member of the Corporate Finance leadership team.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Impactful individual contributor role in Financial M&A and subsequent integration (deep dive in critical issues, normalization of net working capital, project management and coordination with advisors and between tracks)
- Significant role in restructuring cases asset/company sale, internal merges, transfer of assets etc.
- Support the Senior Director Corporate Finance to further standardize Finance processes and products and drive identification of areas for improvement and development in close collaboration with the Corporate Finance leadership team members
- Roll out and support our control environment project together with the team
- Together with the team collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations, to provide change management support and support business initiatives
- Drive our continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs
- Orchestrate our focus to further enhance our system support, Robotic process automation etc.
- Defining, tracking, and maintaining the sets of KPI’s that are being used in the team and the project portfolio

- You have 7+ years of work experience within financial, consulting and/or experience as a trusted finance partner and are looking for something new
- You have a strong track record within the referred financial disciplines and have had several different roles and focus areas
- You thrive in challenging the status quo and can put together and execute a plan for change
- You are structured and experienced in project work and chasing blue sky
- You have a positive attitude and have outspoken collaboration skills and work well with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and mastering the discipline of presenting in a clear and concise manner
- You have experience in leading a small team and you know how to succeed in a corporate environment
