RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) processes, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with program requirements and government policies.
  • Oversee the review and validation of all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of processes, deliverables, and systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and track corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all program activities align with contractual standards and performance requirements.
  • Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate quality reviews, inspections, and testing for system changes, updates, and deliverables.
  • Manage the documentation and reporting of quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective action plans to program leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards, integrating quality checks into vulnerability management, STIG updates, and RMF activities.
  • Oversee incident and problem management processes to ensure root-cause analysis and remediation meet quality standards.
  • Support training and awareness programs to promote a culture of quality across the program.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on quality performance to program leadership and stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Secret clearance with SSBI
  • Active ITIL Foundations certification
  • Minimum of 12+ years of related QA experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
