Job Description

· Provide a variety of highly technical and specialized services to both internal and external customers through telephone, email, and live chat. 

· Work with underwriters, agents, and other insurance professionals to address issues and requests, which may involve policy interpretation based on knowledge ofVerisk’s procedures, services, and products.

· Be able to work flexible hours due to Call Center being available until 8:00pm. 

· Meet or exceed all metrics as outlined on annual Performance Plan. 

· Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· College degree or equivalent experience required.

· Willing to train recent college graduate.

· Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance preferred.

· Ability to successfully complete complex technical training classes related to building construction, building hazards, and automatic fire sprinkler systems required.

· Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing required.

· Strong telephone skills required.

· Strong multitasking skills require
