What is this role? 

As a Custodial Staff at Cirkul you will keep the facility and property in clean and orderly condition.

What does an average day look like? 

• Driving Results: Clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum; polish walls, scrub floors and fixtures within the facility.
• Taking Ownership: Standing and walking is required 100% of the time. Bending, lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds required for moving furniture. There is frequent reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing/pulling carts and/or equipment.
• Making Decisions: Provide quality customer service to patrons/guests and occasionally performs work with minimal supervision.
• Cultivating Relationships: Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Instilling Trust: Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.
• Customer Focus: Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. 

What background should you have? 

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent is preferred
• Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have high standards of cleanliness
• Must have reliable transportation
