Job Summary:
Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and become fully acquainted with local points of interest. Other Specifics: Overnight, 10pm-8am, Graves Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Position is overnight and applicant must be willing and able to work alone.
- Ability to self-manage assigned tasks.
- Ability to handle all guest issues quickly and accurately.
- Be the expert on guest billing issues and able to resolve any non zero balances quickly.
- Applicant must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving overnight in a snowy, high alpine environment.
- Ability to problem solve complex problems and emergencies that arrive in properties overnight.
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, and provide general information.
- Professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask and strong verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates with prior guest service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
- Potential for long term professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - College Degree - preferred
- Valid driver's license - required
- MS Office proficiency - required
- Prior front desk experience is a plus.
