Saint Mary Home is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support the daily accounting functions of our senior care community. In this role, you’ll assist with billing, collections, and resident accounts, working closely with the Business Office Manager. Candidates with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to compassionate service will thrive here.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior banking, cashier, or collections experience

• Trustworthiness and a strong sense of accountability

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing preferred but not required

• Experience in long-term care or with older adults is helpful

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

• 1–2 years of business office or accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work respectfully with residents of varying cognitive abilities
