Responsibilities

• Draft drawings in the company format
• Assist with quantity takeoffs using IFC/revit files
• Create detailed structural drawings and models using Revit software
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are accurate and meet project specifications
• Ensure all work is completed within project timelines
• Continuously improve drafting processes and procedures

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit Software
• Experience in Structural Drafting
• Experience working with Tekla is a plus
• Ability to work independent or as part of a team
• Able to work with different file formats and incorporate files from different sources

• Proven drafting skills working within Australia’s construction industry.
• Must have 3 to 5 years experience handling a team.
• Understanding of Australian construction practices
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• This is an office reporting role. Candidates must be willing to report in our Mandaluyong office (Beside SM Megamall).

SALARY PACKAGE: 90,000 - 120,000
