As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader and a hands-on doer, taking ownership of campaigns and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative performance marketing strategies across all channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.</p><p></p><p>If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.<br/><br/></p><p></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Ideate, develop, and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goals on Google and Meta ads platforms and across our channel partner ecosystem.</li> <li>Design, implement, and rigorously manage A/B testing frameworks for core campaign variables (e.g., budget levels, bidding strategies, pricing elasticity) to drive incremental growth.</li> <li>Establish and maintain automated, high-fidelity reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior leadership, leveraging AI and BI tools.</li> <li>Initially, manage campaigns yourself across multiple channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing</li> <li>Innovate and experiment with new channels and tactics to drive incremental growth, improve campaign performance, and scale ideas across multiple markets</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data analytics, and creative, to develop and execute campaigns that align with company objectives</li> <li>Manage a significant performance marketing budget and provide regular reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field</li> <li>5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google and Meta related channels</li> <li>Ability to manage campaigns independently before building and leading a team</li> <li>Experience managing large budgets and providing regular reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions</li> <li>Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, strategic business insights and tactical action plans for campaign optimization</li> <li>Martech acumen: you are proficient in using tools such as Google Tag Manager to ensure compliant and effective use of data for performance enhancement purposes</li> <li>Good communication and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives</li> <li>Motivation to join an ambitious company and be a part of building a category leader</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Welcome Package: </strong>Start your journey with us fully equipped—Habyt swag and all the tech you need from day one.</li> <li><strong>Team Events: </strong>Connect and have fun with your colleagues at our regular, lively company events.</li> <li><strong>Hybrid Work: </strong>We believe in flexibility and connection, promoting a positive work environment for everyone.
