Podium Education programs are offered as online courses within standard university semesters. Through Podium, students gain real-world experience while tackling projects from the world's most recognized brands, such as Spotify, Netflix, Shopify, Uber, Google, and Airbnb. Job Description

Podium is a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company transforming how educators and students engage with learning. As we scale toward our next phase of growth, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Team.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial leadership and operational savvy, capable of driving high-level strategy while also diving deep into models, systems, and metrics. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, lead future financing efforts, support strategic decisions, and build a scalable finance function that can support our continued growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a finance leader excited to help scale a high-impact, hyper-growth company as part of a fast-paced, competitive, and fun team. 

This role is remote-flexible. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!) and would love to have you in the office occasionally, but no relocation necessary.

• Ability to lead financial strategy while managing tactical execution.

• Experience leveraging advancement in AI to support scaling company financial capabilities with a lean team.

• Strong command of SaaS metrics and operational KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to Boards and investors.
