We’re looking for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff is a critical role that serves as the strategic right-hand person to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), closely collaborating with the CEO, President, and business leaders across the organization. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive individual with a proven track record in business leadership and management, emphasizing executive-level advising, internal corporate communications, and interdepartmental collaboration. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and alignment of executive leaders. Responsibilities:1. Committee Management: Manage agendas, follow-up items, and record-keeping for the Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and Portfolio Committee, in collaboration with the CAO.2. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, executives, the President, and CAO, fostering effective communication channels, identifying areas in need of support, and monitoring progress towards strategic goals.3. Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute regular internal communications regarding the business and strategy to people leaders and executives. Determine appropriate content and cadence for all-company communications, considering the level of detail based on the audience.4. Decision-Making Support: Provide guidance to leaders on decision-making processes, ensuring key stakeholders are involved or informed in a timely manner. Document decisions made at the committee level and ensure follow through.5. Goal Alignment: Keep annual strategic goals at the forefront for executives, enhancing alignment across the company. Develop and implement communications strategies to reinforce strategic goal awareness at all levels.6. Trusted Advisor: Serve as an advisor and brainstorming partner to the CAO, providing valuable insights and recommendations.7. Ability to handle special projects with limited guidance from the CAO.8. People Management: Supervise the Executive Assistant to the senior executives, front desk staff and facilities manager. Qualifications:· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong executive presence.· Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution.· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.· Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies to support leaders at all levels.· Flexibility to align with the organization's objectives and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements:· Bachelor's degree; MBA or JD is a plus.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.· At least 3 years of experience working with and advising senior-level executives.· Expertise in project management, with demonstrated ability to influence and set the course for individuals and teams· Previous supervisory experience Extra credit:· Experience at in a fast-paced, high growth organization· Previous health insurance background
