Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:· Perform qualification of high‑purity gas and chemical distribution systems, testing for particulates, contaminants, moisture, O₂ levels, and leaks.
· Operate and maintain analytical testing equipment, including particle counters, moisture/O₂ analyzers, and helium leak detectors.
· Work safely in a cleanroom environment, including confined spaces and elevated or awkward positions.
· Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, instrumentation diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
· Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; escalate when necessary.
· Perform preventative maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians.
· Accurately log data, create professional reports, and provide clear verbal/written pass‑downs.
· Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customers; maintain strong customer‑service relationships.
· Follow all company, OSHA, and environmental safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO/CoHE, JHAs/JSAs, and chemical‑handling guidelines.
· Participate in safety programs, audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives (TPM, 6S, quality improvements).
· Use basic hand/power tools and work efficiently within a team environment.
· Demonstrate time‑management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
· Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Proven ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
· Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments.
· Strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills.
· Ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced environment.
· Effective communication skills with strong teamwork and partnering abilities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated critical‑thinking abilities.
· Ability to continuously learn and self‑improve.
· Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Preferences:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
