TikTok is seeking a USDS Security & Privacy Training & Awareness Program Manager to be part of the USDS Security Office. The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining training and awareness content across USDS on relevant topics such as phishing, privacy regulatory requirements, and mobile device security.
The Training & Awareness Program Manager will drive the development and maturity of the USDS Security & Privacy Training and Awareness strategy and program, facilitate training sessions, and identify and remediate program gaps. The Manager will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials to enhance USDS and Global TikTok's understanding of security and privacy requirements, fostering a culture of compliance across USDS.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage USDS Security and Privacy Training and Awareness program by identifying relevant security and privacy topics for a global organization, assessing current training program to determine enhancements, and defining success criteria for measuring training effectiveness
- Develop a deep understanding of the USDS Security & Privacy requirements
- Define Training and Awareness strategy and collaborate with HR, legal, and other cross-functional departments to build a comprehensive approach to security awareness and ensure that content and initiatives align to USDS compliance requirements, objectives, and industry standards
- Own USDS Security & Privacy training and awareness content development, facilitation, and measurement of success criteria
- Develop security tools and internal systems training materials in collaboration with key stakeholders to clearly and effectively translate complex tooling into easy to learn processes for cross-functional teams
- Build relationships with key USDS and Global teams and serve as a business subject matter expert to deliver targeted and relevant security and privacy training and awareness materials
- Successfully create and execute Security & Privacy communication campaigns to promote awareness and foster a culture of compliance based on industry best practices and USDS requirements
- Define metrics and measure KPIs to assess the efficacy of the Training & Awareness Program to drive the overall strategy and facilitate the growth of positive compliant behavior across the organization
- Identify program gaps to develop, drive, execute, and iterate on a Training and Awareness strategy
- Analyze and implement feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
- Work closely with cross-functional Security & Privacy teams to identify key tools for internal systems trainings as well as incorporate emerging threats and newly established processes into training materials on an ad hoc basis
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online courses, and regularly refresh and maintain content materials
