As an LOB Risk Specialist Senior, you will be within PNC's Risk, Change, Experience & Strategy (RCES) organization, supporting First Line of Defense (1LOD) Operational Risk.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The LOB Risk Specialist Senior within 1LOD Operational Risk, will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Lending and Leasing Operations (CLLO) organization. Additional responsibilities and expectations of the LOB Risk Specialist Senior include but are not limited to the below:

- Consistent execution of the risk management & change management programs, which includes maintaining knowledge of and ability to use tools and techniques for identifying and analyzing new and changed risks and controls introduced into the RCSA.

- Supports RAUs with high volume initiatives that require advanced coordination skills and technical knowledge while maintaining a strong understanding of technology risk, operational risk, and data movement frameworks as this candidate will be relied on to consult on policy applicability for complex environments.

- Possess a strong understanding of risk introduced by automation and associated with replacing manual processes to a fully automated or hybrid process.

Job Description

• Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
• Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
• Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
• Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
• Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
