Position Summary

On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company), this position is responsible for networking and marketing of CNS Cares, LLC. services and coordination of operations between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, former energy workers, miners, millers, and community organizations. This role is responsible for working with patients, families, physicians, and other health personnel to assist in the growth of our company and acquire referrals from the health care community. The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth, building partnerships, and increasing awareness of CNS Cares services across Utah and the Four Corners region. This role involves extensive travel, outreach, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support patient onboarding and community engagement.


Essential Functions

Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:

  • Develop and maintain a regional sales pipeline with clear milestones and regular reporting.
  • Identify and cultivate referral sources, partnerships, and community relationships, especially in RECA-impacted areas.
  • Execute outreach strategies including marketing campaigns, educational sessions, and community events to increase patient onboarding and RECA lead volume.
  • Provide hands-on support to underperforming or emerging locations and markets.
  • Represent CNSCares professionally in meetings, committees, and community organizations.
  • Assist potential EEOICPA claimants through the OWCP claims process and serve as a resource to internal staff.
  • Coordinate patient transitions from hospitals and referral sources into home health services, including obtaining physician authorizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, union groups, attorneys, discharge planners, and EEOICPA resource centers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and budget parameters.
  • Submit required reports within established timelines.
  • Travel up to 75% to support regional initiatives and strategic growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Education/Training

 

Required:

  • At least three (3) years of healthcare sales or marketing experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred
  • Department of Labor (DOL) EEEOICPA experience preferred

Travel Requirement:

Must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.



Licensure/Certification

  • Valid Driver’s License
