SAP Senior Manager

Position Summary

• Senior Manager based in the United States, focused on selling and delivering SAP projects in the Automotive and Manufacturing sector, as well as support with the management and growth of the team
• There is a strong pipeline of inbound work through the European business; this individual will work closely with international colleagues to capitalize on this deal flow and successfully manage the delivery of these projects, as well as growth of existing client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate without the support of a massive brand with significant support structure
• The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging existing routes-to-market within BearingPoint across both client and channel relationships, as well as their own network, to increase BearingPoint’s market share in the US
• This individual will report to the BearingPoint US SAP Practice Leader, James Cho

Required Profile

• Multiyear track record in the sale and execution of technology/SAP transformation projects within the Automotive and/or Manufacturing sector; strong business development orientation with the ability to demonstrate existing and leverageable client relationships within target customers and across SAP and other technology vendors themselves
• Broad technology/SAP consulting background; must be able to demonstrate a perspective on implementation (as well as conceptual design) of transformation projects and programs
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading/ overseeing multifaceted teams on the delivery of technology/SAP transformation programs; outstanding track-record of achieving and exceeding annual objectives
• Entrepreneurial – BearingPoint has aggressive plans for expansion in technology/ SAP so the candidate must have the ability to spot and seize opportunities to grow their business
