You will be successful because you already know how to translate sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images and can research artistic and/or technical issues when they arise. • Lead the production of graphic presentations, and oversee the development of detailed construction drawings
  • Guide the production of plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections essential for construction execution
  • In partnership with Project Management, provide leadership and technical direction throughout all phases of project execution, ensuring high-quality documentation and support
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to project teams and stakeholders
  • In partnership with Project Management, manage client expectations, enhance team communication, and ensure seamless coordination with consultants to maintain project alignment
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, productive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Foster collaboration and synergy with design and professional staff to maximize team performance

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture

  • Proficient with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D, including Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper, Rhino and other visualization software
  • Ground up building architectural experience and/ or Interior architectural experience (ideally both!)
  • Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Strong Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; SPEXX a plus
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • Strong conceptual thinker
  • Close attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Highly capable in communicating design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
  • A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; Portfolios should include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview

Please include a resume and portfolio for full consideration.

This role is not remote; we look forward to working with our new Architect in Miami.
