The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
Under general supervision, act as a business process owner, providing input, analysis, training, communication and project leadership in the areas of products, underwriting, workflow processes, quality assurance, compliance customer experience and system applications. Lead operations through business/strategic/platform initiatives; key business processes as well as work in partnership with State Product managing a state assignment.What Will You Do?
- Identify, evaluate issues and offer workflow solutions and/or alternatives based upon business needs
- Review, research, collect data and analyze information
- to determine the impact on all operations including the development of business practices and procedures
- Assists SMEs in assessing impact to workflows, procedures and reference materials
- Key contact for Product with ongoing initiatives e.g. ITV
- Serves as technical resource for Market Conduct Exams and Corporate Audits assisting with validation of file reviews and providing critical information to aid the review process
- Serves as informational resource/adviser for Business Center job families and communicates operational impacts and/or changes to the appropriate internal/external individuals
- Works with Product organization in assigned states to ensure State Rate/Product and guideline changes are communicated to Business Center staff with appropriate training
- Ability to offer workflow solutions and/or alternatives if business needs are required due to system constraints (automation)
- Effectively interact with multiple levels of the organization; summarizing situations and articulating possible solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Employ a strong command and understanding of Traveler products, services and operations functions to ensure appropriate customer resolution
- Other duties as assigned by manager

- College Degree or equivalent experience relevant to the business.

What is a Must Have?
- 1 years experience with insurance business, products and procedures required.
- High School Diploma or GED required
